1 PicADay Project: Day 363

Light Show

Now that I’m here near the end, I can’t seem to get any inspiration. I’ve stooped to light painting, or whatever you call it when you push the shutter button and shake the camera in front of lights. Not much skill to it, but sometimes you get some cool looking colors. Here’s one that I took of the dashboard lights in my car.

Gazing: Part deux

In the photo that I posted yesterday of Madi gazing up at something…here’s what she saw when she looked up.  Does anybody know what and where this is?

Montclair in Alabama

I drove by some old antique cars on the way home from Florida.  They have such character in their rust and weathered old bodies.

1 PicADay Project: Day 231

Took this photo with my iPhone as I was walking into Belk one night.  It was dusk, hence the blue coloring.

1 PicADay Project: Day 223

Here’s another ‘self portrait’…still playing with macro since I have my brother-n-law’s camera currently. Notice the reflections in my eye, such as my eyelashes and the outline of my glasses.  Of course I saturated it…my eyes are not this blue.

Edited with Picnik.

Madi’s Chucks

I took a photo of my daughter’s chucks the other day.  I didn’t like the photo very much so I went to the awesome free online editing software, Picnik and played around until I got something I liked.

So here’s the original photo, just to let you see that you can do a lot with free software from a stinky good for nothing photo.

1 PicADay Project: Day 214

Here’s a beautiful store window I found on the way to the Empire State Building.  I love the blue color.

1 PicADay Project: Day 175

This is a sunset that we saw on Interstate 65 in Alabama coming back from Birmingham a few months ago.  God’s creation is so beautiful!
