1 PicADay Project: Day 307

Northwest Florida Beaches

The most beautiful beaches in the world are located in Northwest Florida. I don’t remember the name of the beach for this photo, but it’s located between Seaside FL and Panama City Beach Fl.  I have never seen any sand on any other beach more white than the sand in this part of the world. And as you can see, the color of the water can be quite beautiful and colorful as well.

  1. That’s gorgeous!! I’ve heard that the beaches in Destin, FL (pretty sure that’s northwest Florida) are as nice as the beaches in Hawaii! I would love to vacation there one day (Hawaii and Florida! 😉 )

    • I’ve never been to Hawaii so I can’t say if their beaches are as beautiful but I grew up in Northwest Florida and I can remember riding down hwy 98 by the beaches in the winter time as a child and thinking the sand was snow because it was so white!

You must visit the beaches between Destin and Panama City Beach at least once in your lifetime and I am hoping and praying they get the oil contained before it reaches these beautiful pristine beaches.
